Laurence spent 15 years at Vestas, the world's largest wind energy company, across six roles from Market Analyst to Vice President of Marketing and Brand. She built the Covento brand from the ground up, established the MarTech stack across DAM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Adobe AEM, and led campaigns that earned coverage in The Economist, Variety, and TIME. Her work includes The Bureaucrats, #PoweredByVestas with Lukas Graham, the world's first wind powered concert tour, This Is Not A Wind Farm, and the V236 documentary series.
Through PAQ Anyway, she works with startups, scale ups, and enterprise organisations as a Fractional or Interim CMO, helping businesses sharpen their marketing, brand, and direction. She also coaches senior leaders through the moments that do not come with a script, and speaks to audiences who want substance, clarity, and the honest version.
