Three structured programmes for leaders at a career crossroads: staying, leaving, or building something of their own. Designed for the moments when clarity matters most and there's no one obvious to think it through with.
- Starter Programme: 3 sessions over approximately 6 weeks. For a specific, immediate challenge.
- Core Programme: 6 sessions over roughly 3 months. For developing your leadership approach or working through a transition.
- Extended Programme: 10 sessions over 6 months. For bigger transitions: stepping into a first executive role, navigating a restructuring, or rebuilding your leadership identity.

We start with a conversation to understand where you are and what you're trying to work through. From there we agree which format fits best: executive coaching for the bigger picture, communication coaching for a specific skill or situation, or visibility work to build your presence over time. Some clients do all three, in sequence or in parallel.
